Mommy and I get so much enjoyment from just sitting back and observing the both of you. For example, tonight. We just finished having dinner and we did notice a great deal of wind as we watched the trees sway. We also noticed the dark clouds covering the house as if there was a huge fire and smoke was infiltrating our space. Then we hear the roars of thunder approaching our home. This could only mean a storm is brewing and it was expected with the heat wave we have experience over the last few days.

Most of the kids in the world are scared to death of thunder & lightning and you guys embrace it with laughter. Then you equate it to someone taking a photograph with a flash. I understand why you thought that. Daddy’s has had a camera in your faces since you were both born. It was so funny to here you say that. At least you don’t fear the storm like our little fearless friend Penny.

We all carried on as usual while daddy finished his wine. Mommy was washing the dishes and you kids were playing with mommy & daddys iphones. And then it started…CRACK! CRRR-RRACK! BOOOM! Thunder struck sounding off like a canon was fired. You kids jumped out of your seats and started to run around haphazardly.

You guys ran around in circles after every strike of thunder and stopped at the sliding doors and looked out the window. Then….it happened…”the world through the eyes of child.” Lightning struck. It went off like a strobe light flashing 3 to 4 flashes of lightning with strike of thunder. And then Tyler states “look mommy…look! A man in the window took a picture mommy.”
