It happened to be Valentines day and daddy’s grandpa never got to see you yet. So we decided to drive to Maspeth, Queens where daddys grandpa lives. Daddy actually lived to houses down from grandpa. When we arrived he was curious as to who you where, what you were like. The only other great grandchildren he has are your cousins Nick, Chris and Vincenzo…all boys. You were the first Great Grand-Daughter. He was mesmerized by your presence. He melted when he met you. We talked about the pregnancy mommy had with you and we discussed some of the issues we had and then the birth. I had photo’s from the delivery room on my phone so I showed grandpa how you were delivered.
It was an interesting afternoon and he was very happy to meet you. As you can see he even fed you. This was something that he wanted to do and we let him. I am dating this on the blog as the day it occured but Im writing this on March 01, 2017. Just to let you know Grandpa passed away the day after Christmas, 2016. He is longer with us. But he did love you and glad that he was able to meet such a beautiful girl as you.
